Fabric Warehousing and Inventory Control
Dallco Industries utilizes a bar-coded inventory control system for all piece goods. Fabric suppliers provide either detailed packing slips or advance ship notices to our receiving department, which are used to create bar-coded bolt tickets prior to the shipment's arrival. When received, each bolt is assigned a bar-coded ticket and assigned a unique identifier, which is captured in our AS400 fabric information system. All piece goods are then tracked through the entire production process yielding unsurpassed accuracy and accountability.
